This massive book is chock full of gourmet recipes from the equivalent of our own Betty Crocker.
Inlcuding timeless photographs of traditional serving dishes. Here is an exerpt:
"Most of these recipes have been in the family for years, dating back 70-80 years. Some are my own creations, some are favorites of my family and friends for over 40 years.
All the old recipes are adapted to the American kitchen.
